Our Vision

Bay Primary School aims to provide an inclusive and supportive environment where resilience and perseverance is encouraged so that all children can see that anything is possible and success can be achieved. 

We are committed to our belief that the health and happiness of all our community underpins the foundations that are needed for everyone to learn and progress, both academically and personally.  As a school, we promote a lifelong love of learning through the development of self-belief and adapting our teaching to suit all.  We strive to prepare our children and staff with the skills that are needed so that learning is optimised. 

All of the staff and children are valued and around school, the 3R’s are recognised and embed a culture so that:

• Everyone has the right to learn
• Everyone has the right to be safe
• Everyone has the right to be respected.
